Although we include a telephone number for contacting us it is always best to email as the office is only manned on a part time basis so more often than not there will be nobody available to take your call, as we use our time to fulfill orders rather than waste manpower waiting for a phone to ring.
On the other hand we check our emails on a regular basis and your email will usually be answered within a couple of hours during the daytime (GMT) and within a few hours during the evening / weekend.
